2014-early 2020 was the greatest years of roblox... android came into roblox and it skyrocketed.. and later the gui change & optimizations fix in 2015 and later roblox player count was breaking every record in 2016 and in 2017 roblox devs started focusing on roleplay games and in 2018 like so many people call it last great year of roblox because simulator games started popping up and games like the neighborhood of robloxia was the best ever rp game of all time in roblox by many but in 2019... so many young players started playing. im not saying its bad but roblox should've focused more on the mature audience like before.

Because it was fun, funny, no bully's, good games, good youtube videos, and we were young, but with all the updates roblox made, it made it less fun, and during the pandemic, it gained lots of traction, and slenders, emos, and preppys, came to the platform, which formed todays roblox making it less fun, also gen alpha, slang and etc, made it lsss enjoyable to play new games without seeing 5 year olds not knowing what they're doing, so it's no surprise we prefer old r roblox over new roblox, 0:00

im going to be honest, obbys back then were actually fun and creative. nowadays it's "obby but your a _____" or difficulty charts, the newer obbys kinda feel ctrl+c ctrl+v'ed a lot. not to mention the avatars where actually good (not talking about the joke avatars), but now its just something cursed, an anime character or an unfunny meme. and also the much more popular game are filled with toxic 9 year olds.

In Phantom Forces, the game you mentioned, I used a model 700 rifle at every range: In long range, I scared the enemy; in short range, I prayed together with the enemy to survive. It is an interesting playstyle that I remember to this day. I even gave my rifle a name: Lobotomizer. At the same time, I decided to choose LMGs to this day, just out of mercy to myself and to the enemy.

Theres tis game caled airship assault, its lot like one shot but your not a bullet sponje neither, its more in the fence, and a thing that i like is that the starter weapon is one of the best ones, theres no op weapon and its more skill based.

Also Town is a game like that too but beside 1 shot systems they also give you a building tool to build your unique hangout/base. The thing is this game is dead now it only have like 1k player

i played bulwark in early 2023 and had ~3k wins and averaged 12-13 elo and it was crazy fun. then they forced shift lock to combat the 'drag' "exploit" mechanic, which rendered me unable to play as i used the mouse cursor for every keystroke (except W) because i have a physical disability that makes it impossible for me to naturally press a key. since then i have been craving to play. that's how good of a game it is. go check it out

Another game that could be put into the "Every Hit is Deadly" catergory is Grave/Digger thanks to how punishing getting shot is, completely stopping you in your tracks, making you flinch when aiming, and can kill you easily in 2-3 shots.

You have a very poor understanding of terminology and games. You should have said action game at 0:26 if you wanted to group those games together, not fighting game. Fighting game typically to 1 on 1 combat games with restricted movement. The "casual" games referenced at 0:26 aren't any less hardcore. After all, slower ttk and frequent respawns allow for more skill expression not less . HOur of grinding being at stake also has nothing to do with tactics it just raises the stakes. The same situation would be just as tactical without grinding it's just that the average roblox player would have less incentive to be tactical. ANyway the "casual" games you mentioned should be called higher ttk games. The "tactical" games you mentioned on the other hand should be called lower ttk games since being tactical is not exclusive to them. Actual fighting games are all very arcadey and take a whole minute or even more to kill the opponent or win the round but just they are just as tactical as faster ttk games, if not more so. One hit KO games and games with lower ttk are not any more tactical than games with higher ttk. It's just that your actions have more visible consequences in a shorter time frame whereas actions revael their consequences over time in longer ttk games. After all near the end of a match you can get to a scenario in a higher ttk game where just one hit can finish both you and the opponent off. OK ANd it seems like you generally confuse a high skill floor (harder to being playing) with a game being highly tactical (requires rapid planning as opposed to long term planning in strategy).
